Spicy Veg Round recipe - How to make Spicy Veg Round

Ingredients

4 potatoes , boiled , peeled and mashed
10-15 french beans , finely chopped
2 carrot , grated
5 to 6 green chillies , finely chopped
5 to 6 bread slices , soaked in water
1/2 capsicum , finely chopped
1 spring onion , chopped (green and whites seperated)
1 cup finely chopped cabbage
1/2 cup finely chopped cauliflower
4 tsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tbsp garam masala
1/2 tbsp chaat masala
1/4 tbsp freshky ground pepper
salt to taste

Other Ingredients
2 tbsp semolina (rava)
2 tbsp cornflour
oil for deep frying

Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well
  2. Divide the mixture into 8 to 10 equal portions and shape them into small rounds Keep aside
  3. combine the semolina and cornflour and sieve and keep aside.
  4. Heat the oil in a kadhai, roll each round in the semolina mixture so that they are evenly coated from all the sides.
  5. Deep fry the rounds till they turn golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
  6. Drain on an absorbent paper.
  7. Serve hot.
