2 medium sized french rolls
2 tbsp melted butter

For the filling
1 1/2 cups boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ka dana)
1/2 green chilli, chopped
1 1/2 cups White Sauce
3 tbsp grated processed cheese
1 tbsp butter
a pinch of sugar
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste

For the topping
grated cooking cheese
sliced capsicums
tomato pieces

  1. Divide each roll horizontally into two parts. Scoop out the centres.
  2. Brush the scooped sides with melted butter.
  3. Bake in a hot oven at 200 degree C (400 degree F) for 5 minutes.

  1. Mix the corn and white sauce. Add the green chilli, cheese, a pinch of sugar and salt and pepper.
  2. Fill the roll with the corn mixture and top with the capsicums and tomato pieces.
  3. Sprinkle grated cheese on the top and bake in a hot oven at 200 degree C (400 degree F) until crisp.
  4. Serve hot.
