Ingredients


10 fresh pineapple slices
2 tbsp drinking chocolate
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 drops of your favourite essence (optional)
4 tbsp cream
2 tbsp fresh mint leaves (phudina)

Method

  1. Take a rectangle bowl & grease it.
  2. Sprinkle little sugar & set for micro on medium for 2 minutes
  3. Marinate the pineapple slices with remaining sugar.
  4. Put the essence if you please & set in the micro for 3 minutes
  5. Garnish with drinking chocolate , cream & mint leaves.
  6. Serve hot.
