- Clean & cook rice.
- Heat oil and add rai,green chillies,udad dal,curry leaves & hing till it splutters.
- Remove from fire and add to the cooked rice(which is cooled in a plate).
- Squeez lemon and add haldi and salt and mix well.
- Decorate with corriander leaves.
