In a deep bowl, add 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes.

Spread in a circular motion to make a 125 mm. (5”) diameter circle.

Spread a little oil along the edges for cooking.

Cook on a medium flame till golden brown spots appear on both the sides. The omlette is ready.

Heat a non-stick tava and grease it lightly with oil.

Once hot, place a few paneer slices on it and cook on other side till they are evenly charred and crisp.
