Ingredients


brown bread slices
low fat butter
cucumber
carrot
beetroot
cheese slices (optional)
black pepper (kalimirch) powder and chaat masala
green chutney (mint, coriander, onion, jeera and salt as per taste) - all grinded together
tomato ketchup

Method

  1. Take brown bread roast slightly on tava
  2. Spread butter
  3. Chutney
  4. Add cucumber, carrot, beetroot, place cheese slices on them sprinkle pepper powder and chat masala on them
  5. Lastly just spread ketchup cover with another brown bread and cut it into two pieces.
