1 cup vermicelli (broken into small pieces)
1/2 tsp cooking oil
3/4 cup water
1 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar (or a little lesser)
- Heat oil in a pan and add the vermicelli to it. shallow fry till golden brown.
- Add water and keep stirring. add milk and sugar and bring it to boil.
- Keep the vessel closed for 2 mins for the vermicelli to get cooked within.
- Ready to serve!
