Hello Tarla ji, Let me start off by saying that you are the undisputed queen of cooking and there are countless people around the world whose lives you have impacted, and being one of them, I thank you for your contribution. About this dahi kabab recipe, I was wondering if, instead of frying, it would be a good idea to bake them in the oven; or if there''s any other possible way to cook them instead of frying. Thank you in advance...

Hi, I am following a low carb diet. In this recipe, apart from the bread crumbs, everything is good for my diet. Could you suggest something else to use instead of bread crumbs which is low in carbohydrates? Regards, Anil

Hi Anil, You can avoid the bread crumbs and try cooking the kebab directly on a oil greased tava on a slow flame.

Hi Anuradha, Yes you can but be very careful as they are very soft and do not fry to many at a time
