Oh my goodness this is delicious! This is my first attempt at cooking one of your recipes and, after this, I can''t wait to try more! The dal came out lightly spicey but very rich and flavorful. Next time I''ll make sure I have some yogurt to go with it! Spicy moong dal makes a nice healthy zero oil dal. The moong dal has a nice soft mouth feel and there is a nice aroma of garlic.
