Babycorn Masala recipe - How to make Babycorn Masala
Method- Heat the oil in a pan add the cumin seeds, turmeric powder and asafoedita, fry for few seconds.
- Add the ginger-garlic and chilli paste, mix well and fry for few seconds.
- Add the onion, cook for 2 minutes on a medium flame.
- Add the tomato puree, coriander powder, cream, coconut paste, garam masala, chilli powder, salt, baby corns and some water mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes on a slow flame or till the baby corns are cooked.
- Searve hot.
