Baked Cheese Rolls recipe - How to make Baked Cheese Rolls

7 bread slices
1/2 cup grated processed cheese
3 tbsp soft butter
melted butter for brushing

Method

Combine the soft butter and cheese in a bowl and mix well. Keep aside.
Remove the crust from all the bread slices.
Roll all the bread slices with a rolling pin.
Place one rolled bread slice on a clean, dry surface, apply 2 tsp of the cheese-butter mixture and spread it evenly.
Roll it up tightly.
Repeat steps 4 and 5 to make 6 more rolls.
Place all the rolls on a baking tray , brush them lightly with little melted butter and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200ºc (400ºf) for 10 minutes.
Cut each roll into 3 equal pieces and serve immediately.

I have made this receipi.....but I have microwave and couldn''t able to get that grilled texture so I used tava....and tried to give that effect.

So quick and yum.. They are so butter and cheesy and also very quick. The best part is that it is not deep-fried. So the guilt of having deep-fried is totally gone. They are nice crispy and butter and cheesy when baked. This is one of those recipe which will loved not only by kids but also by adults.
