Besan Ladoo recipe - How to make Besan Ladoo
- Melt ghee in a kadahi and add besan.
- Fry on low heat till besan is well done (light pink).
- Add cardamom powder, coarsely ground cashewnuts and almonds.
- Let it cool for a while. when itis cold(do not add sugar when besan is still warm as this will melt the sugar and the laddos will not form.),add the powdered sugar and mix well and shape into ladoos and store in an airtight container.
