Bhelpuri recipe - How to make Bhelpuri

½ cup coriander, chopped
juice of a lemon to taste
tamarind chutney to taste
mint chutney to taste
salt to taste
50 gms.sev
50 gms. paapri, coarsely and crushed
100 gms. puffed rice
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 no onion, chopped
2 tbsp raw mango, chopped
2 nos green chilies, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1. in a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
- 2. adjust the chili powder according to taste.
- 3. serve immediately in individual plates.
