4 bread slices
1 onion , chopped
1 tomato , thickly chopped
1 green chilli , chopped
small piece of grated ginger (adrak)
1 small capsicum , chopped
5 chopped french beans
salt to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
1/4 tsp chilli powder
butter
1/4 cup thick curds (dahi)
1/2 cup semolina (rava)
little water
sesame seeds (til)
chopped coriander (dhania)

Method

    Method
  1. Sieve sooji in a pan add beated curd and miix it well.
  2. Add all the vegetable it it except tomatoes.
  3. Add all the seasonings
  4. Add little water
  5. Make a batter not too much thick not thin
  6. Take a bread slice cut it into quaters
  7. Apply mixture prepared above on it
  8. Put some tomatoes pieces on it and press it
  9. Sprinkle little white til on it and shallow fry on tava with help of butter on both sides.
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with ketchup and coriander chutney.
