Chilli Cheesy Roll

Cheese with a dash of chilli flakes can do wonders to french bread, transforming it into a delicious starter that appeals to all. Adding a little milk when melting the cheese for the topping ensures that the cheese melts uniformly and gets a creamy consistency rather than becoming rubbery. Top the bread slices generously with the cheesy topping, and bake the arrangement to perfection, for an enjoyable snack.

This chilli cheesy roll is an all time favourite for all age groups...This is cheesy and also has a tinge of spiceness... Adding little milk gives it a smooth consistency...For best results bake this just before serving...
