For The Salsa (makes 1 1/2 Cups)
1 cup deseeded and finely chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped spring onions (including the greens)
1 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1/2 tsp green chilli paste
1/2 tsp cumin (jeera) powder
1/4 tsp dried oregano
salt to taste

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
