Any substitute of fresh cream for this dressing.

   Not really. You can still try using thick malai from buffalo milk.

This is so quick and yummy.. The hung curds with fresh cream gives a smooth and creamy texture, where as basic ingredients like salt and pepper enhances the taste of this wonderful dill dip..
