Coconut Sauce recipe - How to make Coconut Sauce
Method- Heat the oil in a broad nonstick pan, add the cumin seeds, curry leaves and green chilli paste and sauté on a medium flame for few seconds.
- Add the coconut milk and corn flour, mix well using a whisk and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Add the lemon juice, sugar and salt and mix well.
- Use as required.
