Method- Pressure cook the doodhi for 1 whistle.
- Place the cooker under the cold running water and open immediately.
- Strain the excess water and add the mawa, powdered sugar, cardamom powder, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with rose leaves and silver paper.
- Serve hot.
