2 cups finely chopped dark chocolate
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp powdered sugar
2 cups beaten whipped cream

For The Garnish
coloured vermicelli

  1. Combine the chocolate and milk in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  2. Remove from the microwave, mix gently till the chocolate is smooth.
  3. Add the sugar and whipped cream and fold gently.
  4. Pour into a bowl and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or till set.
  5. Serve chilled garnished with vermicelli.

tried the recipe.... easy to make and tastes heavenly... though came exactly shown in pic... second time the melted chocolate crystallised in the cream.... wht could have possibly gone wrong??

   May be you should have mixed the chocolate well after melting it in a microwave and before folding it with the whipped cream.
