Garlic Sev recipe - How to make Garlic Sev
- Mix all the ingredients well, add enough water and bind to a mooth dough.
- Knead well.
- Put a handful of the dough into the sev mould fitted with the medium size and press out sev dirctly into the hot oil in the kadai.
- Fry on both side crisp.
- Store in an airtight container
