Gongura Pickle 2 recipe - How to make Gongura Pickle 2
- Heat oil in a pan, fry coriander, fenugreek and cumin seeds, red chilies, green chilies, garlic flakes for few minutes and keep aside.
- In the remaining oil, fry the gongura leaves for 1 minute and grind with above fried ingredients in a blender for few minutes. the mixture should not get smooth.
- Then add tomatoes fried in oil for 2 minutes and blend for another 30 seconds.
- Remove the mixture in a bowl and add chopped onions before serving.
