Ingredients


1 packet of strawberry jelly
1 cup cream
1 tbsp powdered sugar
10 almonds (badam), roasted
10 cashewnuts (kaju), roasted
seasonal fruits
cherries for decoration

Method

  1. Beat the cream and sugar till light fluffy.
  2. Keep it aside.
  3. Take the jelly(already set in the refrigerator)and put the chunks in a dessert bowl.
  4. Pipe the cream on the jelly.
  5. Decorate with coarsely ground almonds and cashews and cherries.
