Ingredients


For Kulfi Shots
2 cups cream cubes
1/2 cup chilled milk

For The Garnish
4 tbsp chopped mixed nuts (almonds and pistachios)

Method

For kulfi shots
  1. To make {span class="bold1"}kulfi shots{/span}, combine the kulfi cubes and milk in a mixer and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Pour equal quantities of the mixture into 8 shot glasses.
  3. Serve the {span class="bold1"}kulfi shots{/span} chilled garnished with mixed nuts.
