Ingredients

1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
3/4 cup thick low-fat curds (dahi)
2 tbsp finely chopped basil
1/4 cup grated apple (unpeeled)
salt and to taste

  2. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve chilled tossed in a salad.
