Maggi Veg Omelette recipe - How to make Maggi Veg Omelette

Ingredients


For Maggi Veg Omelette
1 packet of maggi noodles
1 cup besan (bengal gram flour)
1 cup semolina (rava / sooji)
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup sprouted moong (whole green gram)
2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
salt to taste
olive oil for greasing and cooking

Method

  1. To make maggi veg omelette, boil 2 cups of water in a deep pan, add the maggi noodles and cook on a medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain the excess water and keep aside.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, including the boiled maggi noodles and the maggi masala and mix well.
  3. Add 2 cups of water and mix well.
  4. Divide the batter into 10 equal portions.
  5. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it lightly with olive oil.
  6. Pour a ladleful of the batter on the tava (griddle) and spread in a circular motion to make a 125 mm. (5”) diameter circle.
  7. Cover and cook on a medium flame, using a little olive oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
  8. Repeat steps 5 to 7 to make 9 more omelettes.
  9. Serve the maggi veg omelette immediately.

  13. Add ginger-garlic paste and salt. 
  14. Add boiled maggi noodles. 
  15. Add maggi masala. 
  16. Add salt.
  17. Mix well.
  18. Add 2 cups of water.
  19. Mix well.
  20. To cook maggi veg omelette, heat a non-stick tava and grease it with olive oil. 
  21. Pour ladleful of batter and spread in a circular motion to make a 125 mm. (5”) diameter circle.
  22. Cover and cook on a medium flame, using a little olive oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
  23. Remove in a plate. 
  24. Serve Maggi veg omelette | Indian style maggi eggless vegetable omelette | maggi noodles omelette |  immediately.
