Mango Khus Sherbat recipe - How to make Mango Khus Sherbat
Method- Boil the raw mango and take the pulp and mash it well and keep aside.
- Now in a mixer jar add the jaggery, 1 cup water, mashed mango, khus syrup and salt and grind grind to a smooth texture.
- Transfer the mixture into a vessel add the remaining water and stir well so that all the ingredients are uniformly mixed.
- Put ice cubes in the serving glass, pour the prepared sherbat and serve chilled.
