Ingredients


1 medium sized mango, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
For the seasoning:
1 tsp oil
a pinch asafoetida (hing)
1/2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)

Method

  1. In a kadai,heat the oil.
  2. Add the mustard.
  3. When it begins to splutter add the hing.
  4. Remove from the fire.
  5. Mix all the ingredients well and store in an air-tight glass jar.
