Methi Sprouts Pulao recipe - How to make Methi Sprouts Pulao
Method- Heat the oil in a deep pan, add the sprouts and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the pulao masala and chilli powder, mix well and saute for more 2 minutes.
- Add the rice and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients, along with 4 cups of water, cover and cook on a medium flame, till the rice is cooked, while stirring regularly in between.
- Serve hot.
