Ingredients

1/2 cup noodles
1 tbsp grated processed cheese
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (khumbh)
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 tsp plain flour (maida)
1/2 tsp dried oregano
salt to taste

For The Garnish
1/2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion greens

    Method
  1. Heat the butter in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 20 seconds.
  2. Add the garlic and onions, mix well and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the plain flour, mix well and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  4. Add the mushrooms, oregano, noodles, milk, salt and ½ cup of water, mix well and microwave on high for 8 minutes, stirring once after every 2 minutes.
  5. Add the cheese, mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  6. Serve immediately.
