An outta-this-world salad that combines peach and lettuce with cheese, basil and herbed pizza strips. Pizza strips add another yummy texture to this snazzy salad, while a lemony dressing perks it up with its tangy touch.

Keep the Peach Lettuce Pizza Strips Salad refrigerated, but take care to add the dressing and herbed pizza strips just before serving, in order to maintain the textures and flavours.

Peach Lettuce Salad, Peach Lettuce Pizza Strips Salad recipe - How to make Peach Lettuce Salad, Peach Lettuce Pizza Strips Salad

1 cup fresh peach cubes
2 cups iceberg lettuce , torn into pieces
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese cubes
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves , torn into pieces
5 herbed pizza strips , cut into pieces

To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt and to taste

Method

Combine all the ingredients, except the herbed pizza strips and dressing in a deep bowl. Keep refrigerated.
Just before serving, add the herbed pizza strips and dressing and toss well.
Serve chilled.

Peach lettuce salad.. this is a very juicy salad.. with crunchy pizza strips.. which gives a nice taste to the salad.. Must try recipe when peaches are in season..
