Peach Pina Colada recipe - How to make Peach Pina Colada
Method- Boil enough water in a deep pan, add the peaches and keep aside for 5 minutes. Remove the skin, deseed and chop.
- Combine the peaches, coconut milk and sugar and blend in a mixer till smooth and frothy.
- Pour into 2 individual glasses and serve chilled garnished with crushed ice.
Handy tip- 4 peaches yield 1 cup chopped peaches after boiling and chopping.
