Method- Heat the ghee, saffron and pineapple in a pan and saute till pineapple softens.
- Add the sugar, khoya and 1/3 crumbled sponge cake, mix well and saute for 30 minutes.
- When the halwa thickens, sprinkle remaining crumbled spnge cake over it.
- Garnish with sliced nuts, beaten fresh cream and serve.
