Popu Annam recipe - How to make Popu Annam
Method- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, fry the chana dal and urad dal till they turn little red in colour without burning them.
- Add the mustard seeds, when they splutter, add curry leaves, asafoetida, green chillies, salt and onions. Fry the onions till they turn translucent.
- Add the cooked rice and mix well.
- Serve hot.
