Rava Pulao recipe - How to make Rava Pulao
Method- Heat the ghee in a kadhai, add the whole garam masalas, curry leaves, chillies, ginger, cashews and raisins and saute for 1 minute.
- Add the semolina and saute till the semolina turns golden pink in colour.
- Add all the vegetables, mix well and add enough water, salt, lemon, sugar, mix well and cover and cook for few minutes.
- Garnish with finely chopped tomatoes and coriander.
- Serve hot.
