In the lane towards the way on my office, there are lots vendors selling snacks like KANDA-POHA, UPMA, MISAL, SHEERA in morning. Sometimes I have quick kanda-poha or upma or sheera nasta, when i have to skip breakfast at home due to short of time n to take scheduled train on time. This happens with lots of Mumbaikars. Usually we make Garam puneri misal, Kanda-poha, Sheera, Thalipeeth on sunday morning breakfast. Chapati/Bhakri chevda (MANORA) is made with leftover rotis or bakri. chakli, shankarpali, shev, Bhadag and chivda is alway ready in our home jars for snacking. Here is the good collection of maharashtrian nastas with well provided information.
