Ingredients

1 cup lotus seeds
1 tsp ghee
salt to taste
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)

Method
    Method
  1. Heat the ghee in a deep pan and add the makhana and saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well and saute on a medium flame for more 10 minutes.
  3. Cool and store in an air-tight container.
