  14. Add 1¼ cups of water.
  15. Mix well and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir once in between if required. 
  16. Add the roasted vermicelli.
  17. Add 1/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania).
  18. Add salt to taste.
  19. Mix well and microwave seviyan upma in microwave on high for 3 minutes, while stirring once in between.
  20. Serve microwave semiya upma immediately.
