Ingredients



for the stuffing:
1/2 cup soya chunks (nuggets)
1/2 cup boiled, peeled and mashed potatoes
1 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped and boiled mixed vegetables (carrots and beans)
1/2 cup boiled green peas
salt to taste
2 green chillies
coriander (dhania) leaves

for the floor:
1 cup besan (Bengal gram flour)
water as needed
1 to 2 tbsp cornflour (if needed)
salt to taste
1 tbsp chilli powder
a pinch of saffron colour

Method


For stuffing:

    For stuffing:
  1. Soak the soya chunks in water for 10 mins.
  2. Then squeeze and then grind in mixie.
  3. Add to it the mashed potatoes.
  4. Add to it the boiled vegetables n peas.mash well.
  5. Add chopped g.chillies.
  6. Fry onions in a kadaai.
  7. Add these mashed vegetables, salt.mix well.
  8. Add coriander leaves and transfer to a bowl.
  9. Make balls with this and keep aside

For flour:

  1. Mix everything needed for flour and make a paste of thin consistency.
  2. Now dip those balls in the flour and deep fry in oil
