  1. In a bowl mix 2 tbsp hung curd ,1 tsp honey, a few drops of olive oil,1/4 tsp salt and half tsp mustard sauce and then mix well.
  2. Into mixture mix the carrot and cabbage nicely and mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture on a brown bread and put the lettuce leaf on top of it.
  4. Put a little more of the mixture in the second piece of brown bread
  5. Finally sandwich both the pieces of bread together.
