Preparation for Veg Sub Sandwich-
To make veg sub sandwich recipe | veggie delight | Indian style homemade veg subway | we will be using an array of vegetables. Clean a lettuce head, remove the leaves and shred them using a sharp knife. Submerge the shredded lettuce leaves in ice-cold water to make them crispy. Further, shread the lettuce and keep aside.

To make a homemade Mint-mayo spread, in a bowl take ½ cup of mayonnaise.

How to make Subway sandwich-
