I get stomach pain whenever i go to poop. The pain lasts for 2-3 hours and gradually goes away till evening. Taking carom seeds water will solve my issue? Please reply thanks,

   Hi Shiraz, Sipping on Ajwain water helps to instantly relieve acidity along with flatulence & acidity due to indigestion. However, we do not know the reason for your stomach pain so, we would suggest you consult a doctor for the same.

I have tried this and it really worked well on acidity. thanks for sharing it. your app is very useful for food lovers. if you can include qty measurement by weight in all recipe, it will be more helpful
