   Most of the nutrients are gone into the ajwain water.. So you are better off just having a raw teaspoon of ajwain.  carom seeds are good for digestion. Its active compound thymol helps in the secretion of digestive juices in the stomach which prevents indigestion.

   Yes, you can drink it in the morning. This water is good to treat flatulence, but too much can lead to stomach discomfort.

   Ajwain is considered as a hot food for the stomach. If you are having it for weight loss, prefer to have it in the morning. If you are having it ease indigestion, you will have to check the quantity and frequency that suits you. This is because there are individual differences always.

Just wanted to know after making this, can you store it in a bottle for 6 month use, as and when you require it OR is it just for one time use after it''s made. Because you get these Omam bottels in stores also which has an expiry date. Kindly suggest..... Regards

   We haven''t tried storing this water as we have recommended drinking it warm for effective results.
