  1. To make ajwain roti | ajwain paratha | in a deep glass bowl add 2 cups whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta).
  2. Add 1 tablespoon carom seeds (ajwain).
  3. Add 3  teaspoons oil.
  4. Add salt to taste.
  5. Add enough water to make a soft dough. We have used roughly 3/4 cup of water to make the dough.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Knead into a soft dough.
  8. Cover the dough with a lid and keep aside for 15 minutes.

  6. Flip over roti and cook again. Your roti is ready.
