Ingredients

1 cup soaked and boiled black beans
1 cup cooked broken wheat (dalia)
1/2 cup capsicum cubes (yellow , red and green)
salt to taste

To Be Mixed Together Into A Dressing
1/4 cup finely chopped basil
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp grated garlic (lehsun)
1/4 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste

  1. Combine all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl and toss well.
  2. Add the dressing and toss well.
  3. Serve immediately.
