Carrot and Raisin Salad recipe - How to make Carrot and Raisin Salad
Method- Put the raisins in a bowl and pour boiling water over them. Leave for 10 minutes and drain. Keep aside.
- Combine the mayonnaise, fresh cream, lemon juice, sugar and salt in a bowl and mix well. Keep aside.
- Combine the carrots, raisins and oranges in a deep bowl. Pour the mayonnaise mixture, mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Serve chilled.
