Crispy Corn Pakoda recipe - How to make Crispy Corn Pakoda
Method- Grind corn kernels with water into fine paste and then taken in bowl.
- Add gram flour, schezwan chutney, dry fenugreek leaves, green chillies, asafoetida, turmeric, red chilli powder,chopped onion, baking soda and salt (if requied) and make thick and pouring consistency batter.
- Heat oil, reduce the heat to medium, take a little prepared batter and drop it into the oil fry until golden brown, stirring in between. Remove it from the oil and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
- Serve with ketchup.
