1/2 cup roughly chopped bananas
1 1/4 cups chilled milk
2 tbsp sugar
10 ice-cubes

  1. Combine all the ingredients a mixer and blend till smooth.
  2. Pour equal quantities of the milkshake into 4 individual glasses.
  3. Serve chilled.
