16 parboiled long sweet potato slices (unpeeled)
1 tsp olive oil

To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
2 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 tsp chilli powder
1 1/2 honey
1/8 tsp salt

  1. Heat ½ tsp of olive oil in a grill pan and arrange 8 sweet potato slices and cook on medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes or till it becomes light brown in colour.
  2. Repeat step 1 to make one more batch of the grilled sweet potato slices.
  3. Arrange these slices on a serving plate and pour the prepared dressing evenly all over it.
  4. Serve immediately.
