Add the vegetable stock, salt and pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.

1 tbsp dried thyme
2 tsp low-fat butter
1 cup chopped spring onion greens
1 tbsp whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
salt and to taste

1 cup roughly chopped carrot
1/2 cup roughly chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped celery (ajmoda)
3 to 4 coriander (dhania) stems
1 tsp black peppercorns (kalimirch)

Wow!... just onions flavour with thyme in vegetable stock, it tastes really great.. and wheat flour to thicken it is a very good idea.
